Teach Plus Change Agent Network Fellow
Teach Plus partnered with districts to deploy a teacher-led Change Agent Fellowship to focus on school re-entry and support customized, school-based solutions to COVID-19. Through the Change Agent Fellowship, teacher leaders, in collaboration with their principals and peers, identified the scope of the crisis’ social and emotional impact on their schools and students and charted a path forward to solve problems of practice through continuous improvement. Change Agents and their teams received targeted coaching, guidance, and support in developing teacher leadership and change management skills as they led transformative, student-centered projects for their schools/districts throughout the school year.
